How does Under The Mahua Tree support wildlife conservation in the Nilgiris?

We donate a percentage from each sale to the Wildlife And Nature Conservation Trust (WNCT) based in the Nilgiris. WNCT has been actively involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of injured leopards, elephants as well as handling snake rescue operations. Do you cater to customers outside India?

Yes, we do cater to customers all over the world. It might take a little longer for the order to reach a customer overseas. We will provide tracking info, either through WhatsApp or Email to all our consumers.

How can I track my order?

You will get a WhatsApp message regarding your order details. Do reach out to us through our WhatsApp chat in case if you have any queries.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, we do take bulk orders. Please note to provide an ample enough of time for us to finish our production process as we are a small batch industry and every thing is made by hand using natural ingredients. Please share your request to underthemahuatree@gmail.com

Do you have shipping charges?

Depending on your locality, region, country, etc. a minimum shipping charge will be mentioned and applied while making your online payment.

Do you supply products to offline retail stores?

Yes we do. In case if you would like to have certain products in your store, drop us an email at underthemahuatree@gmail.com

Can I get a refund on any purchase that I am not happy with?

No. Goods once sold and dispatched to client cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I cancel my order?
